What type of movement does each Whollow watch contain?

With all of our watches, we didn’t look past one feature when designing Whollow. With this said, we went with a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement which is one of the most well known in the industry.

Is my Whollow watch water resistant?

Yes. All our watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. Watches with this level of resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear Whollow watches while bathing, snorkelling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the watch for extended periods. Products that are made with real leather, including our leather and Nato watch straps, should not be exposed to water.

Are Whollow watch straps made with real leather?

Yes. All our watch straps are made with real genuine leather.

Which Whollow watches are made for men, and which are made for women?

All our watches are unisex and can be worn by both men and women. Though all of the watches come in one size.

Can Whollow watch bands be changed?

Yes. All our watch straps are interchangeable and can be removed and replaced easily using only one’s fingers.

Does Whollow deliver outside of UK (United Kingdom)?

Yes. We deliver worldwide.

How much will it cost to ship a Whollow product to me?

Free worldwide shipping.

After placing an order, how long will it take for my Whollow product to be delivered?

Exact delivery times vary based on destination, but most deliveries are completed 3–5 business days after we receive an order. Any orders we receive before 3:00 PM UK Time on business days (except public holidays) will be shipped the same day.

What should I do if a Whollow watch or a watch band is sold out?

We usually have a Pre-order in function If a product is sold out, However, to confirm delivery expecting time please contact our customer service department at hello@whollow.com

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at hello@whollow.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics centre it cannot be cancelled.
